From coordinating AV setups to managing schedules and ensuring seamless event participation, I take care of the work that makes conference speaking smooth and professional. My experience spans some of the industry's most prestigious events: Fintech Nexus USA (4,000+ attendees), Fintech Nexus MERGE London, Fintech Nexus LatAm in Miami (1,000+ attendees from 30+ countries), Fraud Fight Club (400+ fraud fighters), and Stablecon (1,500+ attendees including 750+ C-suite executives). I manage everything from technical rehearsals and speaker briefings to arrival coordination and security protocols with precision and attention to detail.
